In Sorry Bob, players will play as Nigel Burke. He is a reluctant surgeon with zero professional skill but a ton of enthusiasm. Your mission is to keep Bob alive through organ transplants. Actually, you don't see your face or body. All you see on the screen is a floating, unstable left hand. The stress comes from your disobedient hand, and the time is almost up. Let's perform the major surgeries!
Instead of just pressing one button to grab stuff, the game makes you control each finger separately. Imagine your keyboard is the surgeon's hand. The keys A, W, E, and R match the four fingers (from pinky to index). The space key controls the thumb. To grab an object, you need to press and hold these keys at the same time to curl your fingers. Moving the mouse helps you move your arm back and forth and up and down in 3D space. The left mouse button is for lowering the hand onto the operating table. Holding the right mouse button while moving lets you rotate your wrist. The smooth coordination of your hand helps you get things done. At first, your hand will move all over the place, but that's the fun of the game.
Everything in the operating room, from scalpels and scissors to chainsaws and internal organs, has its weight and bounce. If you accidentally bump into the tool tray, everything will scatter. The game's logic doesn't demand absolute perfection; it accepts silly mistakes. You can cut ribs with a hammer or use a saw to pick up gauze. This freedom and chaos make every play session a unique experience.
