When you join Lifebuoy Planing, players will be transported to a brightly colored virtual water park. You will control a lifebuoy. Your mission is to slide through winding, complex water pipes to build up maximum speed. The farther you go, the higher your score will be. Finally, perform a perfect splashdown to break distance records.
In Lifebuoy Planing, the buoy constantly rushes forward with the water current. The slide is never a straight line. It continuously twists left and right. To steer, players need to move the mouse to the left or right side of the screen while holding down the left mouse button.
A crucial point in the controls is releasing the mouse button at the right time. When the character flies into the air at the end of the slide, releasing the mouse button from the screen can affect the splashdown posture.
The game uses bright, vibrant colors, strongly conveying the atmosphere of a lively summer. You will see the blue of the water, the yellow of the sun, and colorful lifebuoys. The effect of water splashing as the buoy glides past or when the character lands is made with great detail.
When you slide down slopes, your speed will increase significantly. Conversely, if you collide with the slide wall or obstacles, friction will immediately slow you down. Therefore, you need to minimize unnecessary collisions to preserve momentum for the final jump. Players need to keep the character in a stable posture before flying off the slide.
Along the slide, you will occasionally see yellow arrows or lightning bolt icons. These are speed boost areas. Try to steer the buoy through them at all costs. Each time you pass through, your character will be propelled with a strong force.
Obstacles can be rocks, other lifebuoys floating freely, or barriers. Every collision, even a slight one, will significantly reduce your speed. You need to focus intensely and look far ahead to anticipate the position of obstacles. Don't wait until the last moment to turn, as it is very easy to lose control and collide with the slide wall.
When entering corners, you need to try to steer the buoy close to the inner edge of the curve. This action is to shorten the distance and maintain speed. However, be careful not to be flung out.
